School-Wide Postitive Behavior Support, or SWPBS, is a district-wide focus of teaching, recognizing, and rewarding our students for going above and beyond with positive behavior. 

 

Kernsville Coyotes are:

Kind

 

Students are taught the behaviors through lessons.  We remind them to use the behaviors.  We recognize them positively when they do and reteach them when they do not.

 

Positive recognition includes receiving tickets from the "Paw Patrol" and prizes from the redemption center; redeemable coupons; membership into the "Principal's Club"; classroom awards; and activity celebrations.
